Firm Plus

Extended integration format for firms with higher coordination needs

Model A: +EUR 40 per active client / month (on top of Standard)

Model B: EUR 800-1,500 per firm / month

  • Process integration into existing firm workflows
  • Chart-of-accounts alignment and rule definition
  • Special-case handling (discounts, cancellations, fees, splits)
  • Training and prioritized coordination

Firm Plus is an integration format, not a classic upsell module.

Pricing version: 2026-03-v1

  • Firm and Firm Plus are billed monthly.
  • Cancellation at the end of each month.
  • Add-ons and extra scope only with written approval.
  • Pilot is one-time and ends automatically after 4 weeks.
  • All prices are net and exclude statutory VAT.
  • Only the written offer is legally binding.

Scope limits / fair use

In the Firm package, we do not show file limits on the main surface. Baseline is a typical monthly volume per client; significant extra volume is aligned in advance.

Special cases and rulebook

Discounts, cancellations, fees, and splits are structured and documented transparently. Professional special rules are aligned with the firm and logged in a traceable way.

DATEV handover and professional responsibility

GPAA is not a DATEV product. Final professional review, account assignment, and DATEV import release remain exclusively with the firm. No automatic posting decision - only structured pre-review.

Response times for questions

Initial feedback on expert questions is typically provided within 1-2 business days. In Firm Plus, coordination is prioritized.
