Data protection at DTNSoft
DTNSoft processes data in line with GDPR and only receives the information necessary for pilot or inquiry requests.
Demos show anonymized samples; personal data collected for pilot or contact purposes is processed only as long as needed and deleted thereafter.

2. General information
We process personal data exclusively under GDPR and for the purpose of responding to your demo, pilot, or contact requests.
3. Data collected
The website only collects technical server log data. If you contact us via email or the form, we collect the data you provide.
4. Purpose & legal basis
Processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b (pre-contractual measures) and lit. f (legitimate interest in secure operations).
Technical measures include hosting in the EU, TLS transport encryption, and server-side validation of uploads (size/type) before processing. Optional malware scans are applied when warranted.
5. AI support (optional)
With your explicit consent we may use AI-assisted support for individual processing steps (e.g., structuring receipt data or highlighting anomalies). Only the fields necessary for the task are processed, such as receipt text, amounts, dates, payment methods and anonymized reference identifiers.
The AI support is limited to plausibility checks and structured preparation of the requested information. The final professional decision always remains with the respective tax firm.
Recipients include AI providers engaged by us as processors. Should processing take place outside the EU/EWR, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
The data is used only as long as needed for the respective task and deleted thereafter. You can withdraw your consent at any time for the future by emailing info@dtnsoft.de.
6. Storage
Personal data is retained only for as long as it takes to handle your request or as required by law.
7. Third-party transfers
Data is not shared with third parties except for service providers (hosting, email) under contract.
8. Demo/test data
All demos use anonymized data. Please do not upload personal or production data unless it is part of a pilot or contact request, in which case the data is processed only as long as it is needed.
9. Data subject rights
You have rights to access, rectify, delete or restrict processing and to data portability.
